The Bello Monte-Caracas is a 12 story middle-income residential building with 44 apartments. In collaboration with Rebeca Lustgarten, Victoria Benatar Architect PLLC provided the city of Caracas with building designs that were high in demand among potential residents.
Due to the unique shape of the lot, the building was constructed as three separate structures connected via a central elevator. This strategy enabled the firm to maximize buildable areas, while also allowing for any required structural flexibility.
